ATTENTION ALL VISITORS FOR BOULDER COUNTY JAIL

 

Due to increasing demand on the jail visiting system the following change is being made: Inmates are allowed up to 14 visits per week; however, visitors may schedule up to 3 visits per week if they are visiting different inmates. After you have completed visiting an inmate you may not visit that person again until that person's next scheduled visiting day. You may visit another inmate but you will need to return to the visiting line and wait your turn.

  • All visits are subject to monitoring and recording.
  • All visitors must accept these rules and register before scheduling a video visitation is allowed.
  • All visitors will be required to download The Visitor™ visitation application in order to participate in an offsite visit from home.
  • All visits must be scheduled 24 hours prior to the appointment or up to 4 days in advance.
  • Visits will last 30 minutes.
  • To schedule an offsite visit, visitors will need to have at least $9.00 in their ICSolutions prepaid account.  If you need to add funds, please login to your account at www.icsolutions.com or call 888-506-8407.
  • The visit charge will be applied to your prepaid account as soon as your visit is scheduled.
  • If your visit is cancelled by the facility, the $9.00 will be returned to your prepaid account.
  • Visitors are allowed 3 offsite visits per week.
  • All visitors should connect 15 minutes prior to the scheduled start time.
  • Visitors who connect after the scheduled start time may not be allowed to visit.
  • Appropriate dress is required at all times:
    • Skin tight/form fitting clothing is not permitted;
    • Clothing or other items displaying gang-related symbols, themes or colors are prohibited;
    • Clothing containing vulgar or objectionable language or images are prohibited;
    • Visitors must wear undergarments at all times;
    • Hats are not allowed;
    • See through clothing is not allowed;
    • Tank tops are not allowed;
    • Skirts or dresses that are above the knee in length are not allowed;
    • Shorts must be worn at mid-thigh or below.
  • Visitors and inmates must remain seated at all times during the visitation session.
  • Any inappropriate activity will result in termination of your visitation session.
  • If your visit is terminated for inappropriate behavior, no refund will be issued.
  • Visitors involved in the following will not be allowed to visit, and may be placed on permanent visiting restrictions.
    • Visitors that create a disturbance or disruption of the visiting process;
    • Visitors under the influence of drugs or alcohol;
    • Visitors that refuse to show sufficient identification;
    • Visitors that act in an inappropriate manner during their visitation session.
  • Staff can deny, change, or cancel a visit at any time at their discretion.
  • If an emergency arises, all visitation sessions will be disconnected.
  • Internet connectivity issues during offsite visits will not be refunded.
  • Each visitation session will show a timer to display elapsed time.
  • After your visit has ended your connection will be terminated.
