Please read all of the rules completely prior to moving forward.
Not knowing the rules will not be accepted as an excuse for not following them.  Disobeying any rule may result in you being banned from visiting detainees or criminal charges being pursued when applicable.

  • All visits are subject to monitoring and recording.
  • All visits must be scheduled 12 hours prior to the appointment or up to 2 weeks in advance.
  • CHECK-IN: 15 minutes prior to scheduled visit.
  • Visitors who arrive after the scheduled start time may not be allowed to visit.
  • Onsite visits will last 25 minutes.
  • Offsite visits from computer or Android device will last 25 minutes.
  • The cost of an offsite visit from computer or Android device is $12.50 for each 25 minute session.
  • Visitors wishing to visit from home must download the required software and test their connection prior to scheduling a visit.
  • To schedule an offsite visit from home you will need to have funds in your ICSolutions prepaid account.
  • The visit charge will be applied to your prepaid account at the time your visit is scheduled.
  • Offsite visitors should login and connect a few minutes before the scheduled visitation time.
  • All visitors 18 years of age and older must register and possess a valid government issued photo ID, such as a driver's license, State ID Card, Passport or Military ID.
  • Visitors under the age of 18 must be listed as an additional visitor and accompanied and supervised by an authorized adult visitor.
  • PROPER ATTIRE: clothing must cover all private/sensitive body areas.
  • Visitors and inmates must remain seated at all times during the visitation session.
  • Any inappropriate activity or disruptive behavior will result in termination of your session.
  • Persons on parole or probation will not be allowed to visit any inmate.
  • No visits are allowed between an inmate and their victim or witness to their crime.
  • Please be advised if an inmate is in ANY program (at court, Inmate workers duties, attorney visits, Bible studies, Court ordered programs, Medical call etc.), they are NOT eligible to receive the visit at that time. Please schedule your visits around the inmate's program schedule.
  • Inmates will be allowed one (1) onsite visit per week.
  • There is no limit to the number of offsite visits an inmate or a visitor can have per week. 
  • You will not be allowed to visit under the influence of alcohol/drugs.
  • Any inmate or visitor whose behavior is disruptive during a visit may have his/her visiting privileges suspended/terminated.
  • The visitation schedule may be cancelled or altered on county appointed holidays or for safety / security reasons.
  • Staff can disconnect, deny, change, or cancel a visit at any time.
  • Bringing firearms, explosives, tools for escape, alcoholic beverages, narcotics, or any controlled substances into this facility is a crime and cause for arrest.
  • Visitors are not allowed to carry cameras, tape recorders, purses, bags, briefcases, wallets, cell phones, or any electronic device into the visitation area.
  • Internet connectivity issues during offsite visits will not be refunded.
  • Each visitation session will show a timer to display elapsed time.
  • After your visit has ended your connection will be terminated.
