WISCONSIN DOC, WI

Visitation via the ICSolutions software for the Wisconsin DOC is now available at all WIDOC facilities.

Scheduling offsite visits is now available at all WIDOC sites via your ICS account. Depending on the visitation available at a site, in-person visits will require scheduling through ICS software.

All visitors must create an account or register their specific party ID to participate in visitation sessions scheduled through ICSolutions' software. Visitors can register at icsolutions.com.

Persons in the care of DOC will provide family and friends with their specific party ID. Those registered for visitation at MSDF, the party ID has already been added to the account.

ICSolutions is currently experiencing technical difficulties with the scheduling software for in-person visiting. You will only be allowed to schedule up to 6 adults (including the scheduling adult) and up to 4 minors for a total of 6 visitors at one time. Please review the list for the number of visitors that will be allowed for a site visit before ARRIVING at the site. Should the number of visitors surpasses the number of visitors the site allows, some visitors may be denied entrance even if they are listed on the scheduled visits. All visitors must be on the PIOC’s approved DOC visitor list.

** PLEASE ALLOW THE SYSTEM 12 HRS TO UPDATE AFTER CREATING YOUR ACCOUNT WITH ICS BEFORE ATTEMPTING TO SCHEDULE A VISIT **

  • For the first 6 months of implementation, each person in our care may receive one (1) free video visit per week, provided institution operations are able to accommodate. This also applies to MSDF.
  • Additional visit opportunities may be available at the cost of $2.50 per visit, up to 12 paid visits per month conditional to the operations of the facility.
  • Please refer to MSDF’s institution page regarding additional visitation opportunities.
