and Milwaukee Secure Detention Facility (MSDF)
For those facilities noted above, the scheduling of ICSolutions video visitation will be available on June 5.
- For the first 6 months of implementation, each person in our care may receive one (1) free video visit per week, provided institution operations are able to accommodate. This also applies to MSDF.
- Additional visit opportunities may be available at the cost of $2.50 per visit, up to 12 paid visits per month conditional to the operations of the facility.
- Please refer to MSDF’s institution page regarding additional visitation opportunities.
The remaining institutions and Wisconsin Correctional Center System (WCCS) tentative scheduling start date is July 3, with visits to begin July 17.
Effective June 5, WWCS In-Person visits require scheduling through ICS software. *
All visitors must create an account or register their specific party ID to participate in visitation sessions scheduled through ICSolutions' software. Visitors can register icsolutions.com.
