All visitors must register (free of charge) to participate in a video surveillance session with an inmate at this facility.

Osceola County offers The Visitor™ video visiting system to control friends, family and professionals to schedule and conduct video visits at a time convenient to them and avoid wasting time waiting in long lines or traveling to facilities. Video Visits Replaces Traditional Face-to-Face Visits on Visiting Telephones Through a Glass Partition with Visits Through Video Kiosks and Are Conducted with the Inmate Never Having to Leave Their Housing While the Visitor Can Choose by visiting on site in the center or off site from anywhere.

VISIT OPTIONS

Jail visit

Video visits are conducted using video terminals located in the facility's visiting entrance.

 

Offsite Visits – Visit from a Windows PC, Android device, or iOS device

Visitors who wish to participate in OFF-SITE visits must download and test the Visits app from their Windows computer, Android device, or iOS device (iPhone or iPad) before they can schedule a visit.

For OFF-SITE visits , The Visitor™ may choose to visit from a computer or alternatively from any Android device by downloading The Visitor™ Android app, ICS MOBILE from the Google Play store or any iOS device by downloading the iOS app, ICS MOBILE from the Apple Store by searching for ICSolutions .

  OFF-SITE visits are fee-based and cost will vary by facility. Internet connectivity issues during off-site visits will not be refunded.
