Please read all of the rules completely prior to moving forward.
Not knowing the rules will not be accepted as an excuse for not following them. Disobeying any rule may result in you being banned from visiting detainees or criminal charges being pursued when applicable.
VISITATION RULES
- Video Visitation will be allowed 7 days a week.
- Visits are 25 minutes.
- Inmates must wait 72 hours before a visit can be scheduled with them.
- During meal times and shift changes visitation will not be permitted.
- No more than two visitors will be allowed in the visitation booth at one time.
- To schedule a remote visit, you will need to have at least $20.00 in your ICSolutions prepaid account.
- The visit charge will be applied to your prepaid account as soon as your visit is scheduled.
- If your visit is canceled by the facility, we will return the $20 to your prepaid account.
- Visitors 17 years old or older must produce an approved (photo) identification card prior to being allowed to visit. Approved identifications are Driver's License, and Missouri State Identification Cards.
- Visitors 16 years old or younger must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times in order to visit. The guardian will be counted as one of the visitors.
- It is the offender's responsibility to advise the visitor of the scheduled time of their visit and the visitation requirements.
- Any special visitation requests must be pre-approved by the Sheriff and/or the Jail Administrator, or their designee.
- Internet connectivity issues during offsite visits will not be refunded.
DENIAL OR TERMINATION OF A VISIT
- A visit may be denied or terminated and visiting privileges suspended under the following circumstances:
- Visitor(s) that appear to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
- Refusal by a visitor to submit to search procedures.
- Refusal or failure to produce sufficient identification (ordinarily picture ID) or the falsifying of identifying information by a visitor.
- Failure to prevent children from disturbing other people.
- Inappropriate display of affection, suggestive activity, or inappropriate dress.
- A visitor with visible body markings or jewelry that by its nature would promote or cause adverse reactions because of racial, ethnic, or religious beliefs will not be permitted to remain in the Jail's general public area, inside or outside of the Jail.
- Dress that excites the senses; transparent clothing, exposed breasts, exposed genitalia is not appropriate and not allowed for visitors. Short shorts and tank tops (male and female), and bare feet are not considered appropriate dress for a Jail setting.
- Other conduct or conditions deemed by the Jail Staff as disruptive to the security or orderly operation of the visitation process.
- Failure of the visitor to show up at the scheduled time of the visit.
- If your visitor is on Probation, unless they have permission from their Parole Officer.
- Violations of any of the above standards may result in the denial of visiting for an extended period of time.
- Some or all of the above may be a violation of one or more of the following Missouri Revised Statutes: 574.090, Ethnic Intimidation in the First Degree; 574.093; Ethnic Intimidation in the Second Degree; 574.010, Peace Disturbance.
- Vulgarity, racial, ethnic or confrontational remarks will not be tolerated.
Visit from the jail
FACE-TO-FACE visitation is conducted on visitation telephones, through a partition window in a monitored visitation area located in the facility's visitation center from which the inmate is housed.
Inmates must be eligible to conduct FACE-TO-FACE visits for a visitor to be able to schedule this type of visitation.
Offsite Visitation - Visit from personal Windows computer, Android or iOS device
Visitors wishing to participate in OFFSITE visitation are required to download and test the visitation application from their Windows computer, Android or
iOS device (iPhone or iPad) before they will be able to schedule a visitation.
For OFFSITE visitation, the visitor can choose to visit from a computer or alternatively from any android device by downloading The Visitor™ android app,
ICS MOBILE from the Google Play store or any iOS device by downloading the iOS app, ICS MOBILE from the Apple Store by searching ICSolutions.
OFFSITE visitation is fee-based and the cost will vary by facility. Internet connectivity issues during offsite visits will not be refunded.
